4.3 Suspicious Transactions

goal reserves the right to hold any suspicious or unusual transaction for review. If any activity linked to fraud or money laundering is identified, the associated account will be closed immediately and the funds will be withheld.

5 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on goal carry their own wagering requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn without meeting these requirements.

• Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000; wagering requirement: ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
• goal weekly reload reward: 50% of deposit, up to ৳10,000, wagering 20 times, minimum deposit ৳500.
• goal cricket festival bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 18 times — applicable to the cricket or sports section only.
• goal slots bonus: 40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000, wagering 25 times — once per week in the slots section.
• Birthday goal gift: up to ৳2,000, wagering 15 times — once per year for verified accounts.
• goal referral reward: up to ৳3,000, wagering 10 times — for each successful referral.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

goal's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: up to 1.1% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% cashback on weekly net losses.

Weekly cashback is calculated by applying the applicable rate to total weekly losses minus total winnings. Example: a Gold-tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback. For details on advancing to higher VIP tiers, contact goal support.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Validity of Bets

Every bet successfully placed on goal is considered final. goal reserves the right to void a bet where incorrect odds or payouts were issued due to a technical error. If the internet connection drops or the browser closes, the bet recorded on the server is final.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on goal and may result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using software bots or automated betting tools.
• Colluding with other players to influence outcomes.
